Job summary

The Senior Procurement Consultant role sits within the Contract Services team in the UK, offering exposure to flagship projects and opportunities to work with blue-chip clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading procurement strategy on large projects.
• Strong tender preparation and documentation experience.
• Experience with supplier engagement from market to award.
• Knowledge of Public/Utilities Contract Regulations or equivalent.
• Familiarity with NEC and JCT contracts and terms.
• MCIPS accreditation in progress or pursued.
• Degree in construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients.
• Lead or support end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes.
• Support development of the procurement services provided by Turner & Townsend.
• Assist business development and marketing of the Contract Services team’s service proposition.
• Support the delivery of team and wider business targets.
• Assist on bid preparation and proposal documentation and support work-winning capability of the Contract Services team.
