Qualifications

• Experience in regulated procurement and Public Contract Regulations 2015.
• Led strategic procurement projects for public and private sector clients.
• Strong background in tender preparation, development and negotiation.
• Experience with NEC and JCT contracts.
• Security Clearance (SC) either held or able to reinstate.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to public and private sector clients.
• Lead end-to-end procurement services on major projects or programmes.
• Lead development of procurement services and methods within the team.
• Develop and lead a high-performing procurement team to deliver outcomes.
• Manage client relationships and related commission outputs.
• Support business development and marketing for Contract Services.
• Lead on bid preparation and work-winning capability.
