Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Senior Procurement Consultants to join our UK Contract Services team. You will deliver best-in-class strategic procurement and contract advice on major projects for public and private sector clients.

You will work with a skilled team, focusing on end-to-end procurement, sustainable procurement, transformation, renewables, digital procurement and net zero strategies, with opportunities for national and international travel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting strategic procurement projects.
• Tender preparation and development of key documents.
• Experience with supplier engagement from market to contract award.
• Cross-sector experience with Public/Utilities Contract Regulations or equivalent.
• Experience using NEC and JCT forms, negotiation and award.
• MCIPs accreditation is sought or in progress.
• Degree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement preferred.
• Security Clearance (SC) currently valid or can be reinstated.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients.
• Manage and collaborate with a team on end-to-end procurement services for major programmes.
• Support development of the procurement services offered by Turner & Townsend.
• Assist business development and marketing of the Contract Services team.
• Support delivery of team and wider business targets.
• Assist on bid preparation and proposal documentation to strengthen work-winning capability.
