Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom seeks an Associate Director for the Contract Services division to guide strategic procurement and provide end-to-end services on major programmes. You will lead a skilled team, develop innovative procurement offerings, and manage key client relationships across public and private sector projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated procurement under Public Contract Regulations 2015.
• Leading strategic major procurement projects for public and private sector clients.
• Strong tender development and negotiation background.
• Experience with NEC and JCT contract forms.
• Security clearance (SC) either held or able to reinstate.
• Willingness to work towards MCIPs accreditation.
• Degree in construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement.
• Desirable defence, utilities or infrastructure sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to public and private sector clients.
• Lead end-to-end procurement services on major projects or programmes.
• Lead and support development of the Contract Services offering.
• Lead and develop a team to achieve successful client outcomes.
• Manage client relationships and related commissioning outputs.
• Support business development and marketing of the division.
• Lead on bid preparation and proposal documentation for new work.
• Support delivery of team and wider business targets.
