Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the UK is recruiting an Associate Director to join our Contract Services division. You will lead a highly skilled team delivering strategic procurement and end-to-end advisory services to major public and private sector clients.

You will drive new business development, manage client relationships, and shape innovative procurement solutions across high-profile programmes, with opportunities to travel nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated procurement (Public Contract Regulations 2015).
• Leading strategic major procurement projects for public and private sectors.
• Strong background in tender preparation, development and negotiation.
• Experience in commission, client relationships and people management.
• Experience with NEC and JCT forms of contract.
• Cross-sector public procurement exposure desirable.
• Consideration for MCIPs accreditation progress or attainment.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to public and private sector clients.
• Lead end-to-end procurement services on major projects or programmes.
• Develop procurement services offered by Turner & Townsend.
• Lead and develop a team to deliver client outcomes.
• Manage client relationships and related outputs/deliverables.
• Support business development and marketing of Contract Services.
• Lead bid preparation and support work-winning capabilities.
