Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Procurement Consultant to join our Contract Services team.

You will provide specialist procurement strategy advice to public and private clients, manage end-to-end procurement services for major projects, and support post-contract contract management. The role offers travel across national and international commissions and a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting projects in strategic procurement.
• Tender documentation development and processes.
• Experience in supplier engagement from market engagement to contract award.
• Cross-sector experience incl. Utilities/Defence; knowledge of Public Contract Regulations or equivalent.
• Experience with NEC4 contracts and allied procurement approaches.
• Post-contract contract management advisory experience.
• MCIPs accreditation in progress or achieved is preferred.
• Degree in construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients.
• Manage and collaborate on end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes.
• Support clients in post-contract Contract Management with commercial and contractual matters.
• Support development of procurement services offered by Turner & Townsend.
• Support business development and marketing of the Contract Services team's proposition.
• Contribute to delivering team and wider business targets.
• Assist bid preparation and proposal documentation to support work-winning capability.
