Zusammenfassung

Teleperformance SE is seeking an experienced Senior Privacy Manager to lead privacy practice across the UK, Ireland and South Africa. You will embed privacy controls, advise senior leadership and partner with HR, IT, Legal and Procurement to ensure governance and regulatory compliance.

You will drive data protection programmes, handle DSARs, supplier due diligence and contract privacy provisions, while maintaining high standards of governance across a multinational client base.

Qualifikationen

• Significant professional experience in data privacy and protection.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection.
• Experience supporting DSARs and privacy incidents.
• Ability to provide privacy advice to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Existing SC clearance or ability to obtain clearance with 5+ years UK residency.

• Lead privacy framework implementation across the business.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and regulatory adherence.

• Monitor processing activities and risk areas.
• Support privacy audits and internal assessments.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations and Legal to maintain records.
• Oversee privacy due diligence for vendors and contracts.
• Provide privacy input during bids, tenders and pre-sales.
• Prepare management information for senior leadership and global teams.
