Teleperformance is seeking an experienced Senior Privacy Manager to join the Privacy, Risk & Compliance team. You will oversee privacy frameworks across the UK, Ireland and South Africa, ensuring regulatory compliance, protecting personal data and supporting business growth.

You will work with senior leadership across HR, IT, Legal and Operations to embed privacy best practices, provide expert advice, and drive governance. Strong GDPR knowledge and OneTrust experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Significant privacy and protection experience with risk/regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection laws.
• Experience handling DSARs, privacy incidents, and compliance assessments.
• Ability to provide specialist privacy advice to internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead privacy framework implementation across the business.
• Ensure GDPR and other data protection compliance.
• Advise on DSARs, privacy incidents and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor processing activities and identify risks.
• Support privacy audits and regulatory reviews.

• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Deliver privacy awareness and mandatory training.
• Provide management information to leadership and global teams.
• Maintain Records of Processing using OneTrust.
