Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Senior Privacy Manager to lead data privacy governance and regulatory compliance across the UK, Ireland and South Africa. You will work with senior leaders to embed privacy by design, manage DSARs, and oversee privacy risk controls across HR, IT, Legal andOperations.

You will provide expert advice to the Head of Privacy, Risk & Compliance and drive governance, training and awareness to maintain the highest privacy standards across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing data privacy programs and GDPR compliance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional privacy initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data protection concepts, DSARs and regulatory requirements.
