Job summary

Teleperformance SE is seeking an experienced Senior Privacy Manager to join the Privacy, Risk & Compliance team in the UK. You will lead privacy initiatives and oversee data protection frameworks across the UK, Ireland and South Africa, ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding personal data.

Reporting to the Head of Privacy, Risk & Compliance, TPUK, you will provide expert advice, guidance on processing activities, and support for audits, training and governance across multiple functions,

Qualifications

• Significant privacy and data protection experience with GDPR knowledge.
• Experience supporting DSARs, privacy incidents and regulatory reviews.
• Ability to provide specialist privacy advice to internal stakeholders and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead privacy framework implementation and ongoing management across the business.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and other data protection laws.
• Provide expert guidance on DSARs, privacy incidents and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor processing activities and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support privacy audits, regulatory reviews and compliance assessments.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations and commercial teams to maintain records and compliance.
• Prepare management information for senior leadership and global teams.
