Teleperformance seeks a Senior Privacy Manager to join the Privacy, Risk & Compliance team in the United Kingdom. You will lead privacy initiatives, ensuring GDPR compliance across the UK, Ireland and beyond, and advise senior leaders on data protection requirements.

Collaborating with HR, IT, Legal, Procurement and Account Management, you will embed privacy by design, manage Records of Processing (ROP) in OneTrust, and support client contracts and vendor due diligence to uphold governance

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee privacy frameworks across the business.
• Ensure GDPR and other applicable data protection legislation compliance.
• Provide expert guidance on DSARs, privacy incidents and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor personal data processing activities and identify risks for improvement.
• Support privacy audits, regulatory reviews and internal compliance assessments.
• Identify control weaknesses and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor legislative developments to maintain compliance.
• Deliver privacy awareness initiatives and mandatory training.
• Prepare management information and updates for leadership.
• Maintain accurate Records of Processing (ROP) using OneTrust.
• Ensure Controller and Processor records are documented and reviewed.
• Identify and document new or amended processing activities.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations and Account Management to maintain records.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of information.
• Partner with Legal, Business Development and Account Management to embed privacy in client contracts.
• Support contract reviews and negotiations relating to privacy.
• Provide specialist advice on contractual data protection obligations.
• Support client audits and assurance activities.
• Oversee privacy-related due diligence for new and existing suppliers.
• Work with Procurement teams to complete compliance checks.
• Review vendor risk assessments and DDQs.
