Job summary

Teleperformance SE is seeking a Senior Privacy Manager to lead privacy governance across the UK, Ireland and South Africa. You will embed privacy best practices, advise senior leadership, and shape data protection strategies in collaboration with HR, Operations, IT and Legal.

You will report to the Head of Privacy, Risk & Compliance, TPUK, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing DSARs, privacy incidents and records of processing, while upholding high standards of governance.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in data privacy and protection.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection legislation.
• Experience supporting DSARs and privacy incidents.
• Ability to provide specialist privacy advice to internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Existing SC clearance or the ability to obtain clearance with UK residency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee privacy frameworks across the business.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and advise on data protection matters.
• Provide guidance on DSARs, privacy incidents and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare management information and reports for senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate Records of Processing (ROP) using OneTrust.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement and IT on privacy in contracts.
• Support client audits, due diligence and supplier privacy checks.
• Oversee vendor privacy risk assessments and due diligence.
