Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Senior Privacy Manager to lead the Privacy, Risk & Compliance function in the UK, Ireland and South Africa. You will shape governance, partner with senior stakeholders across HR, Operations, IT and Legal, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Head of Privacy, Risk & Compliance, TPUK, you will provide expert advice on GDPR, DSARs, privacy incidents and risk assessments, manage Records of Processing with OneTrust, and drive ongoing improvements to protect

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading privacy programs across multiple regions.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection legislation.
• Experience handling DSARs and privacy incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead privacy program across UK, Ireland and South Africa.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data protection controls.
• Provide guidance on DSARs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, IT and Procurement on privacy.
• Maintain Records of Processing using OneTrust and ensure accuracy.
