Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the UK general insurance market, ideally within personal lines home
- Proven underwriting and pricing capability with excellent commercial judgement
- Strong financial and statistical knowledge, with the ability to translate insight into action
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
