Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into commercial recommendations.
• Programming experience in R or Python, with an interest in applying AI and data-driven techniques to business challenges.
• Experience working with large datasets and using data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Strong numerical and mathematical capability, with the ability to apply quantitative methods in a commercial environment.
• Experience in pricing, underwriting, insurance, or a similar analytical discipline would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance and trends to inform pricing strategy and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Underwriting, Finance, Claims Finance, and other stakeholders to improve business performance.
