Job summary
Aviva plc is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager for Home Pricing Optimisation to lead a high‑performing team and shape market‑leading pricing strategies within UK personal lines home insurance. You will drive the Home pricing capability, collaborate with underwriting, trading, data and analytics, and deliver sustainable growth while ensuring customers are treated fairly.
You will lead a team of pricing specialists, translate insights into actionable strategies, and help optimise profitability
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the UK general insurance market, ideally within personal lines home.
- Proven underwriting and pricing capability with excellent commercial judgement
- Strong financial and statistical knowledge, with the ability to translate insight into action
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Desirable experience using pricing and analytics tools such as Radar, EMBLEM, SQL, Python etc.

- Lead a team of pricing specialists and shape Home pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with underwriting, trading, data and analytics to drive growth and risk‑adjusted profitability.
