Job summary

Aviva is seeking a Pricing Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that influence commercial decisions. You’ll work within the UKGI Personal Lines Home team to shape pricing strategies and deliver sustainable growth while ensuring fair customer outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, experience with R or Python, and a data-driven mindset. The role offers exposure across Pricing, Underwriting, Finance, and Regulatory objectives, with a supportive Aviva culture.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into commercial recommendations.
• Programming experience in R or Python, with an interest in applying AI and data-driven techniques to business challenges.
• Experience working with large datasets and using data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Strong numerical and mathematical capability, with the ability to apply quantitative methods in a commercial environment.
• Experience in pricing, underwriting, insurance, or a similar analytical discipline would be advantageous but is not essential.
