Aviva is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead the Direct Line Retail Pricing team within UK Personal Lines Motor. You will own price optimisation, drive pricing strategies, and shape market-leading pricing capabilities while ensuring fair treatment of customers.

You’ll manage a team of pricing specialists, collaborate with Commercial trading, data and analytics, and translate insights into actions that balance growth with profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UK general insurance, especially personal lines motor.
• Proven pricing capability with commercial judgement.
• Financial and statistical knowledge to translate insights into actions.
