• 10+ years experience in Pre-Construction and/or Project Delivery with a tier 1 Contractor.
• Familiar with using own initiative and working in a problem-solving environment.
• Good communication skills with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communications with managers and enhance the profile of commercial services.
• Develop a commercial plan for each bid and ensure bid requirements are completed.
• Provide commercial advice to the team regarding pre-construction issues.
