AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Power System Studies Engineer to lead grid compliance, dynamic simulations and renewables studies. You’ll manage client engagements, mentor engineers and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams on offshore wind and BESS projects.
We value Chartered Engineer status or progress towards chartership, strong PSCAD/PowerFactory/PSSE skills, and the ability to influence senior clients while delivering high-quality, safe, and compliant solutions in a hybrid work
Qualifications
- Experience leading power systems studies on renewables projects.
- Strong technical judgement and client-facing leadership.
- Ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and grow capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead grid compliance and power system studies for offshore wind and renewables.
- Perform EMT/dynamic studies and use advanced simulation tools.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors and project teams.
- Contribute to bids, propositions and framework opportunities.
- Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement.
