Job summary

HM Land Registry is seeking a Senior Power Apps Engineer to lead development and support of Power Platform solutions used across the organisation.

The role combines hands-on development with DevOps, technical leadership and stakeholder engagement, working with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dynamics 365.

The position is permanent, hybrid across 14 UK locations including Swansea, with a salary £48,400-£59,300 and Civil Service benefits.

Qualifications

Experience leading Power Platform projects and teams.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience shaping engineering practices and standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, deployment and support of Power Platform solutions.
Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dynamics 365.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Azure services.
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to engineers.
Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and incidents.
Improve automation, engineering standards, DevOps practices and platform processes.
Work with architects, technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders on projects and new services.
Maintain technical documentation, roadmaps, security controls and technical risk management.
