Job summary

HM Land Registry leads the development and support of modern low-code solutions across its Power Platform estate. This senior role provides technical leadership, engages with stakeholders, and grows engineering capability within the IT Operations Practice.

You will work across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dynamics 365 to deliver reliable platform services and improved engineering practices. The permanent role offers a salary of £48,400 - £59,300 (assessed at interview) with 29%

Qualifications

ITIL 4 Foundation or Microsoft Power Platform Developer / PL-400 certification.
Strong experience building and managing Power Apps with CI/CD.
Experience implementing and managing Power Platform components and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, deployment and support of Power Platform solutions.
Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dynamics 365.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Azure services.
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to engineers.
Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and incidents.
Improve automation, engineering standards, DevOps practices and platform processes.
Work with architects, technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders on projects and new services.
Maintain technical documentation, roadmaps, security controls and technical risk management.
