Job summary

HM Land Registry is seeking a Senior Power Apps Engineer to lead its Power Platform services across the organisation. The role combines hands-on development, DevOps, technical leadership and stakeholder engagement to deliver secure, scalable low-code solutions.

Based in a flexible, hybrid environment with locations across the UK, you will support Power Platform services used by thousands of internal users and help drive engineering practices and platform direction.

Qualifications

Strong experience building, deploying and managing Power Apps solutions using CI/CD.
Strong experience implementing and managing Microsoft Power Platform components and infrastructure.
In-depth knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dynamics 365.
Scripting or programming knowledge such as C#, JavaScript, Python, Power Fx, HTML or CSS.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, deployment and support of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dynamics 365.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Azure services.
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to engineers.
Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and incidents.
Improve automation, engineering standards, DevOps practices and platform processes.
Work with architects, technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders on projects and new services.
Maintain technical documentation, roadmaps, security controls and technical risk management.
