Job summary

HM Land Registry is seeking a Senior Power Apps Engineer to lead its Power Platform estate. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, working across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dynamics 365 to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You’ll guide DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders across the organisation. Flexible, hybrid working from 14 UK locations, with a salary range £48,400 - £59,300 and generous civil service

Qualifications

Strong experience building and supporting Power Platform solutions.
Ability to lead engineers and engage stakeholders.
Hands-on development with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dynamics 365.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, deployment and support of Power Platform solutions.
Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dynamics 365.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Azure services.
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.
Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and incidents.
Improve automation, engineering standards and platform processes.
Work with architects, technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders on projects.
Maintain technical documentation, roadmaps, security controls and risk management.
