Job summary

HM Land Registry is seeking a Senior Power Apps Engineer to lead Power Platform services across the organisation. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, DevOps, and stakeholder engagement to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The Senior Power Apps Engineer will guide the Corporate Power Apps team, work across Power Apps, Automate, BI and Dynamics 365, and help set engineering standards and future platform direction. Hybrid work across UK locations is available.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building Power Platform solutions with CI/CD.
• Experience managing Power Platform components and infra.
• In-depth knowledge of Power Apps, Automate, BI and Dynamics 365.
• Proficient scripting/programming: C#, JavaScript, Python, Power Fx, HTML/CSS.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, deployment and support of Power Platform solutions.
• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dynamics 365.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Azure services.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.
• Escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Improve automation, DevOps practices and platform processes.
• Collaborate with architects, teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Maintain technical documentation, roadmaps and security controls.
