Job summary

HM Land Registry is seeking a hands-on Power Platform Lead to design, implement and support solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dynamics 365. You will drive CI/CD pipelines, mentor engineers and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable platforms.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern across 14 UK locations, with Swansea among the open sites, and benefits typical of the Civil Service package.

Qualifications

• Experience building Power Platform solutions with CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or PL-400 certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, deployment and support of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dynamics 365.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Azure services.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to engineers.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and incidents.
• Improve automation, engineering standards, DevOps practices and platform processes.
• Work with architects, technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders on projects and new services.
• Maintain technical documentation, roadmaps, security controls and technical risk management.
