Job summary

HM Land Registry is seeking a Senior Power Apps Engineer to lead Power Platform development across its estate, delivering secure, scalable low-code solutions for thousands of users. You will work across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dynamics 365, shaping engineering practices and technical direction.

The role combines hands-on development, DevOps, and technical leadership with stakeholder engagement, in a flexible hybrid setup across 14 UK locations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building, deploying and managing Power Apps solutions using CI/CD.
• In-depth knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dynamics 365.
• Scripting or programming knowledge (C#, JavaScript, Python, Power Fx, HTML/CSS).
• Ability to identify and manage technical risk.
• Experience providing technical leadership, coaching or mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, deployment and support of Power Platform solutions.
• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dynamics 365.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Azure services.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, roadmaps, security controls and risk management.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex issues and incidents.
