Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a proactive Programme Advisory professional to support world-class clients in Birmingham, delivering project controls and programme management leadership. You will drive assessment, design and delivery of fit-for-purpose solutions across complex programmes.

The role focuses on steering PMO practices, governance, and digital solution adoption to achieve tangible outcomes for programmes in defence, infrastructure, and other sectors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Project Controls in infrastructure/defence sectors.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience desirable.
• Experience on major capital projects/programmes in PMO/controls & performance.
• Familiarity with PMO, capabilities, and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client environment assessment and design fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Document findings and recommendations across project stages.
• Deliver workshops with client representatives (virtual/in-person).
• Contribute to internal transformation products and bids.
