Alter Domus is seeking an Engineering Manager - Enterprise Platforms to lead a portfolio spanning CRM, marketing automation, risk management, compliance, and legal systems. You will steer technology strategy while hands-on engineering and architecture help you drive integrations, data pipelines, and automation.

You will manage a small team of engineers and architects, promote best practices, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions

Qualificações

• 5+ years of management or technical leadership experience with direct line management.
• Balance leadership with hands-on contribution; willing to debug, prototype or code.
• Strong experience delivering and supporting CRM and marketing platforms and risk/compliance tools.
• Expertise in data integration, ETL, and data pipelines with modern tools.
• Deep understanding of API design, service orchestration, and secure architectures.
• Proven track record running services in production with focus on performance and security.
• Competence in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern cloud or hybrid infra.
• Excellent collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and team leadership across the full software development lifecycle.
• Be a hands-on leader, contributing to design discussions, code reviews and problem solving.
• Apply Lean and Agile principles to secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business analysts to translate needs.
• Shape and execute CRM, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Legal platforms strategy.
• Lead design and delivery of integrations across Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Archer, and Legal systems.
• Champion data governance and automation with data engineering and security teams.
• Apply SRE principles to improve availability, performance, and security.
• Oversee release management, CI/CD pipelines and deployments to production.
• Mentor a team of 2–5 engineers and architects, fostering learning and collaboration.
• Drive initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve platform operations.
