Broaden Management Partners is seeking a Senior Technology Platform & Integration Engineer for our Bristol hybrid team. You will own core cloud platforms, security controls, and critical data integrations across InsurTech systems, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver reliable, automated workflows.

You will drive incident responses, governance, and release management while mentoring the IT Configuration Analyst and partnering with vendors to reduce technical debt and risk.

Competenze

• 5+ years in platform, cloud, infrastructure, integration or software engineering with live services responsibility.
• Experience working in small, fast-paced scaling teams.
• Desirable: exposure to insurance, fintech, MGAs or regulated environments.
• Desirable tech: Fabric, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Key Vault, PowerShell, Python, C#, TypeScript, Jira, Instanda, Synergy, Vitesse.
• Desirable certifications: Microsoft Azure, Security, Identity, DevOps; ITIL; Cyber Essentials.

Mansioni

• Own operation of M365, Entra ID, Intune, NinjaOne, Bitdefender, TitanHQ, credential management, backups and core SaaS controls.
• Design, build, configure, and support secure APIs, webhooks, SFTP feeds and system connections across multiple platforms.
• Lead incident responses, coordinate suppliers, restore service, and complete RCA with rigorous release governance.
• Utilize CI/CD, source control, and multi-environment patterns; prepare release notes and rollback plans to prevent unauthorized changes.
• Maintain ownership map, architecture, support docs, and technical debt backlog; coach junior analysts.
