Alter Domus is seeking a Global Technology Change Risk Senior Manager to lead risk oversight for significant technology changes, including AI, data, systems, and automation. You will embed controls across the change lifecycle, partner with stakeholders, and drive a proactive risk culture.

You will develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting for executive and regulatory stakeholders, while guiding teams and promoting Alter Domus values and ESG standards.

Qualifikationen

• Deep knowledge of technology architecture, data, applications and AI.
• Strong risk management experience across change projects.
• Understanding of agile and waterfall project management.

Aufgaben

• Lead the technology change risk programme across AI, data, systems and automation.
• Embed risk controls into the change management lifecycle with stakeholders.
• Identify, evaluate and monitor risks from global change initiatives and escalate issues to leadership.
• Provide guidance and training on technology change risk best practices to teams.
• Develop risk metrics, dashboards and reporting for executives and regulators.
