Job summary

The firm is seeking an experienced Product Manager to transform its CRM and marketing automation capabilities from discovery through delivery. You will own the product strategy, roadmaps and value delivery for CRM and related platforms such as InterAction and HubSpot.

Working with Business Development, Marketing, data and engineering teams, you will identify high-value problems, improve end-to-end workflows and ensure data integrations are trusted, scalable and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM and marketing automation product strategy and roadmap.

• Define outcomes, KPIs and ensure data quality and integrations.
• Collaborate with BD, Marketing, data, engineering and practice groups.
• Drive adoption through training, playbooks and stakeholder enablement.
