Job summary

Fruition Group is seeking an experienced Platform Technology Lead to own technical change across a complex platform estate, with a focus on database technologies. You’ll lead the design and delivery of platform enhancements, upgrades, integrations and initiatives, working with product, architecture, engineering and suppliers.

This is a hands-on leadership role shaping solutions and ensuring security and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing technical leadership across platform technology change and delivery.
• Strong experience with database platforms and related technology changes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical designs and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of database platform changes, upgrades, enhancements and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, practical technical designs and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, product teams and suppliers to deliver secure, resilient solutions.
• Review designs, configurations and interfaces to ensure readiness across build, testing and deployment.
• Manage risks, dependencies and implementation plans to ensure operational readiness.
• Drive engineering best practices, governance, automation and continuous improvement.
