Job summary

You will supervise physiotherapists and therapy assistants, contribute to student education, and participate in audits and CPD. The role sits within an MDT and offers opportunities for clinical and leadership development across sites.

Qualifications

• Extensive postgraduate experience in respiratory management of spinal injury patients.
• Experience supervising physiotherapists and therapy assistants and educating students.
• Senior role with development of clinical and leadership skills; involvement in audits/research.

Responsibilities

• Lead respiratory physiotherapy within the regional spinal injury unit.
• Attend rehabilitation consultant clinics and domiciliary visits as required.
• Supervise qualified staff and contribute to CPD and clinical supervision.
