Street Group in Manchester is seeking a Senior People Partner to design and scale our people processes as we grow. You will build systems, reward frameworks, and coaching programs to drive excellence across the business and retain top talent.

With a strong commercial focus, AI-native mindset, and experience scaling SaaS teams, you will partner with the Head of People to implement threshold levels, compensation structures, and enable managers to perform at their best.

Responsibilities
