Job summary

Orbital is seeking a Senior People Partner to sit across two layers—Partner and Product—and to partner directly with our Product Engineering leadership. You’ll coach on performance, health, and people challenges while designing scalable people solutions that grow with the business.

Your early focus will include owning and launching our line manager capability programme and building a trusted partnership with the Product Engineering leadership team.

Qualifications

• Strong People Partnering experience across technical teams.
• End-to-end UK employment law ownership.
• Product-minded approach to diagnose before designing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Engineering leadership to coach on performance, team health, and people challenges.
• Design scalable people solutions, enablement tools, and processes that scale with the business.
• Launch and own the line manager capability programme.
• Build a trusted partnership with Product Engineering leadership and shape High Performance culture.
