Job summary

Synthesia, a leading AI video platform, is seeking a Senior People Partner to shape our People strategy as we scale. You’ll report to the HR Director, partnering with senior leaders across our customer organisation and acting as a strategic advisor and hands-on executor.

You’ll build high-performing teams, identify risks and opportunities early, and own delivery of key people initiatives end-to-end, including talent management, performance, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar strategic HR role.
• Experience scaling organisations and evolving processes at different growth stages.
• Proven track record advising senior leaders on design, talent, performance and leadership decisions.
• Strong diagnostic skills linking people data to business outcomes.
• Commercial acumen with understanding of productivity impact from organisational decisions.
• Experience handling complex performance and employee relations matters.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities with senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on organisational design, role clarity and structure for growth.
• Use attrition, engagement, performance and talent data to assess health and set priorities.
• Coach managers and leaders through complex people challenges and drive accountability.
• Support talent management including succession planning and development of critical talent.
• Own execution of key people initiatives from strategy through delivery and outcomes.
• Take a hands-on approach to performance, ER, and organisational issues with sound judgment.
• Collaborate with Talent, People Ops and Total Rewards, leveraging AI to improve decisions.
