Job summary

Street Group, a Manchester-based PropTech SaaS company, is seeking a Senior People Partner to scale our people function as we grow rapidly. You’ll help define excellence standards, reward structures and manager capability while partnering with the Head of People on key initiatives.

You’ll drive systems that support growth, measure impact on business performance, and leverage AI to enhance the employee experience while maintaining genuine People partnering.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling SaaS People teams in fast-growth environments.
• Ability to design people systems and reward frameworks.
• Comfort with AI-enabled workforce planning and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement scalable people processes for a growing SaaS business.
• Develop an levels framework, compensation & reward strategies, and manager capability at scale.
• Coach senior managers and leaders to drive business performance and culture.
