Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Senior HR Operations Manager to own the employee lifecycle and scale HR processes across the organization in the UK. You will design workflows, automate where possible, and partner with payroll, finance, and legal to ensure accurate, compliant operations.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to deliver a seamless employee experience, while building scalable systems to support rapid growth and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
• Experience administering an HRIS (HiBob preferred).
• Experience coordinating with UK payroll providers and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, data management, contracts, and HRIS administration.
• Design and improve HR processes to support rapid headcount growth.
• Coordinate with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate monthly payroll inputs.
