Job summary

Via is seeking an experienced Senior People Partner in the United Kingdom to shape key decisions, build capability across the business and lead through complexity.

You will lead a team of People Partners, setting clear expectations and developing a confident, capable and consistent partnering service that the business can rely on. This is a pivotal leadership role with impact across multiple functions and levels.

• Significant experience managing and developing a team.
• Track record of building capability through coaching, feedback, and clear expectations.
• Confidence managing performance, priorities and competing demands.
• Strong strategic people partnering experience.
• Ability to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex people matters and organisational change.
