XPS Group in Portsmouth is seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to join our hybrid team. You will handle Defined Benefit schemes, perform complex calculations, and support junior staff while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• DB pension administration experience including leavers, final salary, retirements, transfers in/out.
• Knowledge of current pensions legislation and framework.
• Able to perform complex calculations and check work of junior colleagues.
• IT proficient: Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Confident communicator with problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to best practice procedures in pensions administration.
• Maintain a client-focused approach and develop trusted partnerships with clients.
• Oversee monthly and annual processes and ensure SLAs are met.
• Monitor accuracy, performance, and workload; report to team leader.
• Update pension administration databases and systems; perform manual benefit calculations.
• Provide pension consultative advice and support junior staff.
