Job summary

A reputable pension consultancy is seeking an experienced Pensions Administrator to join its Defined Benefit team. The role focuses on prioritising day-to-day workloads and supporting the Administration Manager to keep the team running smoothly.

Duties include ensuring a high-quality pension administration service to clients, meeting SLA deadlines, handling manual calculations, acting as a point of contact for a portfolio of clients, and assisting with renewals, benefit statements and pension

Qualifications

• Experience in pensions administration, preferably defined benefit.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pension administration services to clients.
• Ensure work is completed to SLA deadlines and manage workloads.
• Handle pension tasks such as manual calculations and assist colleagues.
• Act as a point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
• Assist with annual projects such as renewals, benefit statements and pension increases.
• Input on process and procedural change.
