XPS Group in London is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our pensions administration team. The role is permanent and full-time with hybrid working arrangements, reporting to management and collaborating across client portfolios.

You will manage expert pensions administration services, maintain strong client and trustee relationships, and contribute to business development while staying current on regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of pensions administration activities and ability to apply this knowledge to client schemes.
• Experience supervising or leading teams and managing performance.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering on time and quality.

Responsabilités

• Assist or lead pensions administration services for the assigned client portfolio.
• Oversee day-to-day client relationships with trustees and corporate clients.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, pitches and business development activities.
• Provide expert pensions advice and keep up with legislative changes.
• Lead project management for renewals, statements, increases and trustees’ reports.
• Ensure accurate time recording, billing and governance tracking across the portfolio.
