• Extensive experience in DB pensions with strong technical skills.
• Understanding of buy-in, buyout and wind-up processes.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and project manage buy-in, buyout, and wind-up projects within time and budget.
• Coordinate across all workstreams to ensure deliverables are met.
• Liaise with Trustees, Sponsors and advisory teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurers, independent trustees and legal firms.
• Contribute to new business initiatives, including tenders and presentations.
• Prepare and deliver clear updates and reports to clients.
