XPS Group is seeking an Assistant Post-Transaction Lead (Pensions) in London. This permanent, full-time role sits in a hybrid setup within the Risk Settlement team, supporting project leads to manage schemes through buy-in, buyout and wind-up.

The role suits someone with a DB background moving into project and client management, with emphasis on training, development and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience with Defined Benefit Pension schemes.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Ability to create and manage project documentation.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Post-transaction Project Leads in activities after buy-in, buyout and wind-up.
• Set up and maintain project documentation (PID, Project Plans, reports).
• Facilitate meetings, agendas and minutes; manage workstreams.
• Produce management reporting for projects and schemes.
• Provide tailored advice on funding and member options.
