Job summary

A leading international digital consumer business is seeking a Pay Equity & Transparency Specialist based in London. This role involves acting as a subject matter expert on pay equity legislation, managing compliance risks, and delivering actionable insights through data analysis. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in HR compliance, project management, and strong stakeholder engagement. The position offers a competitive salary up to £85K plus a 20% bonus, with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in reward, compensation, HR compliance, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of international pay legislation, particularly EU pay transparency.
  • Advanced data analysis skills and experience with HR systems and pay equity tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as subject matter expert on global pay equity and transparency legislation.
  • Monitor legislative changes and advise HR and Reward leaders on compliance risks.
  • Deliver pay equity analysis, reporting, and actionable insights.
  • Support development and implementation of global and regional pay transparency policies.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders on transparency initiatives.
  • Develop training, guidance, and employee/manager-facing materials.
  • Maintain governance, documentation, and reporting frameworks.
