• Registered General Nurse with Level 1 Registration.
• Must hold a degree in nursing or equivalent.
• Teaching qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for palliative patients.
• Provide education and advice to clinical colleagues and patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with Trust policy.
• Advocate for patient involvement in decision making.
