Pay and Schedule

Nights (11pm-7am): £16.48/hr • Full-time, 5 days a week - stable work with excellent earning potential.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead assembly line activities to ensure production plans, KPIs, quality targets, and GMP standards are consistently achieved
• Guide and develop your team - assigning tasks, rotating skills, coaching, and supporting return-to-work processes
• Drive efficiency using OEE data and structured problem-solving to reduce downtime and boost output
• Champion continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, and waste-reduction initiatives, working with CI, Tech Ops, and Engineering
• Ensure top-tier quality compliance through checks, documentation, investigations, and corrective actions
• Support management with projects, reporting, and flexibility to step into Assembly Operator duties when needed
