Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead high-performing teams and drive employment and skills services that change lives across the South West region. You will shape strategy, deliver outcomes for participants and communities, and manage budgets and service quality.

You will inspire senior teams, build external relationships with commissioners and stakeholders, and travel as required to lead dispersed teams in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Proven track record of delivering results through geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience of senior operational management and contract performance.
• Strong IT literacy with Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead employability and skills contracts across the region with accountability for performance, customer outcomes, and budget delivery.
• Drive KPIs, service standards, and quality targets across programmes.
• Provide strategic leadership and support to operational teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
