Qualifications

• Knowledge of the local labour market in the specified area.
• Basic knowledge of self-employment concepts.
• Proficient IT skills across MS Office suite.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
• Experience delivering services that meet contractual and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet and strive to exceed personal performance targets.
• Progress caseloads and help customers overcome barriers to employment.
• Deliver a positive onboarding experience for new customers.
• Maintain high customer service standards on the programme.
• Conduct assessments to understand customers' circumstances, ambitions and goals.
• Provide guidance on self-employment opportunities where relevant.
• Develop tailored action plans with SMART targets for progression.
• Support job-search and interview preparation to secure sustainable employment.
• Assist customers to engage with digital learning materials and online vacancies.
• Ensure all evidence requirements for job starts are met.
• Develop knowledge of the local labour market to source opportunities.
• Engage with employers via direct marketing and outreach.
